Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days but can be faster.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. Since our items are personalized, we handle returns with a focus on your satisfaction:

Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized Items: Because these pieces are custom-made with specific names, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind."

Cancellations: You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase before it enters production.
